Trekking in Nepal is and experience difficult to describe but rarely forgotten, weather you are traveling by foot at low altitude through the breathtaking scenery or working as a team at high altitude trying to scale a summit, for most people it is an experience they never forget and often repeat.
A typical day on the trail divides nicely into two, many people are up early with a steaming cup of tea or coffee to catch the first rays of sunrise breaking over the mountains. After breakfast,on most treks expect to hike for three hours or so in the morning before lunch, after lunch a further two or three hours is fairly normal in the afternoon. On the more popular trails there are many places to rest for refreshment as you go and apart from your day pack our Nepali trekking team manage all other items. Evening is a time to relax and rest up over a hot meal and reflect on the day.
We have put together tours that offer a good and varied choice for most needs and levels of fitness. Treks can vary from easy hikes around the Kathmandu Valley to strenuous multi day expeditions.
